Erica Jayes of Sandylands Labradors writes -:

“As this kennel is very much back to nature, when I first saw this gadget I was skeptical. I was then talked into trying it by Debbie with ‘Bowercroft Gentle Breeze Of Sandylands’ Having tried the bitch myself, I did not think that she was quite ready for mating and the gadget read the same. Two days later I tried her again myself and discovered that she was ready, we mated her and then tested her with the MateTel and the results showed that she was ready to be mated. Breeze then went on to have a litter.”

Miss M Booth of Stormley Labradors writes -:

“I have tested MateTel on bitches visiting my stud dogs and am more than satisfied with the results. Bitches vary so much when they are ready to be mated and after more than 40 years in breeding I cannot believe at last we have a sure way of telling the correct day. I mentioned MateTel to my Vet and he is convinced this is much better than the blood tests which we have had to rely on for years.

Well done on your discovery which will now benefit everyone who purchases MateTel.”

Marie McMullen of Oscarragy German Shepherds writes -:

After listening to all the horror stories of breeders wasting their time and money taking their bitches to the vets for pre-mating blood tests,I was not looking forward to my bitch coming into season.

Then I found the answer to all my problems.A simple test that I could do myself,in my own home, when I thought my bitch was ready. At first I thought it was going to be a waste of time,but,9 weeks later,my bitch has produced 7 beautiful puppies.

The test was so easy to use,it is non-intrusive and you get a result in minutes. Well done MateTel, you have changed the future of dog breeding.

Yvonne Steele of Papadore Papillons writes -:

Hi there, got the MateTel this morning, think its brilliant, very easy to do and read, already tested my very awkward (season wise) Papillon bitch and she is not ovulating yet, will tell my friends about this and I'm
sure they will think its an excellent aid to breeding dogs,
many thanks

Avril (Belgran German Shepherd Dogs) writes:-

I was one of the first people to receive the MATETEL from Debbie and have now got beautiful puppies. It works 100%.
I am very grateful to Debbie for introducing me to it as I was spending £40 plus VAT each
time for a pre mate blood test at my vets which was not always correct.
Now I do not have to do that, so no trips and needles anymore for my girls. Just follow the simple directions and read the outcome as simple as that.
Two more of my friends have also done this and they have bitches that are expecting also, so well done Debbie, everyone who breeds really needs one of these, well worth the small amount of
outlay.

Drene Lucas of Alberica Cavaliers writes:-

I am delighted with the MATETEL ovulation tester's revolutionary compact design, simplicity, ease of use and accuracy.

It heralds a very important development for breeders and a long awaited ,readily available , reliable and reusable test for ovulation.

I was so impressed with this device that I wanted to share it with other  Breeders and posted it to my Breeders List with permission to cross post  to other Breeder Lists and understand that it went all round the world reaching many breeders who saw its value and subsequently purchased the MATETEL.

I have used the tester on my own girls to pinpoint ovulation time and on visiting girls coming to my boys saving much traveling time and expensive blood tests. It also minimizes disturbance to stud dogs with visiting bitches who have been brought too early in their cycle for mating. An invaluable piece of kit for any breeder.

Janet Curtis of Labruja Dogues De Bordeauxs writes:-

Dog World 11th August 2006 mentioned the MateTel in previous notes and the fact that I had been asked to trial and review this ovulation tester. This has been done on one bitch in conjunction with progesterone testing and I am pleased to say that with a few teething problems on my part the results have come out the same as the progesterone test, both predicting ovulation on the same day. I have yet to try it on another bitch that is due in season and as soon as I perfect my headlock technique I am sure I will find things a little easier. DDBs produce an abundance of slobber until you want to collect some of it that is!I have to say I am very impressed with this little gadget which can be used over and over again making it very cost effective.

Janet Nash of Clunkamoor Leonbergers writes:-

My bosom friend, (*!!*), Mrs Simms-Walker, sent me a gadget called MateTel and thank goodness she did because another dear friend of mine, but not bosom (*!!*),  was very disappointed last year when her bitch had a singleton pup. The bitch is now 6 years old and so this would be her last litter and my stud dog Brewster was the chosen dog for the honor of being papa.
Not wishing to miss the optimum moment, a blood test was taken on the eighth day the result of which was that Truly was base line. Two days later another test was done showing the same result. On her eleventh day she started flagging , flirting, showing less colour  and generally giving the signs of being ready for mating.

Day twelve the blood test said exactly the same as it had before by which time we were all very worried that we would miss her big moment. I suggested that my friend bring Truly to me and we tested her with my MateTel and it told us that she was ovulating and we subsequently had a seventeen minute tie.

Hooray for MateTel, hooray for Mrs Simms-Walkers discovery and hooray for Truly and Brewster and fingers crossed that we get these precious pups.

Hi Guys,

Firstly i want to say Thank you for all of your help and assistance with the MateTel and for posting it out to me so quickly.

Now i know what i am doing with this and where to test the saliva i'm getting brilliant results.

We've had the ferning appear on our bitch today and she's down the road for a small stay with the stud dog owner, so i have every faith we'll get PUPPIES! I can't believe how simple this is to use and how
clear the results are, you'll definately know when its "happening".

I have already put friends on to you, but will definately be putting on a few more
now i've tried it myself. We'll keep you updated :o).

Thank you once again,

Charlie and Geof. (Whitewreath Kennels) www.ukakitas.co.uk

John Erskine of (John Hartwoodhill Labradors)writes:-

My 2 litters of labradors due in 10 and 14 days respectively are
making strong movements already. They are going to be large litters, the
matings were receptive and obviously we got the timing absolutly right
thanks to MateTel. The device is so easy to use and the results were
"crystal" clear. Over 3 days we got definate crystals, the days before and
after gave absolutly no reading. How timesaving and stress saving for dog
and owner, not to mention cash saving, and 3-4 visits to the vet. A sound
idea and you deserve great commercial sucess. If in the future you make
modifications and advance the device please keep me posted.

Hi Debbie, I received my MateTel this morning, so a big thank you for that.  I have tried it straight away; my girl is having a colourless season after waiting for months over her usual time.  I took a sample of saliva from under her tongue (she was just glad I wasn't cleaning her teeth!) it dried really quickly and looked liked jack frost had been! I hope it is right; I am meeting a friend tonite down the M6 who has the boyfriend.  So fingers crossed.  I will keep you informed.

best regards

Linda Martin,, Skybull French Bulldogs & Miniature Bull Terriers writes:-

Our Mini Bull Terrier bitch 'Crystal' has been mated every season since she was 18months old, we have spent hundreds of pounds at the vets on blood tests, which have indicated all different days and we have never had puppies. She is now 4yrs old, we purchased a MateTel and tested Crystal from day five of her season, we saw no results until day 13 when we started to see ferning, MateTel clearly showed that she ovulated on day 16 and we travelled many miles to the stud dog and had a very successful mating, we only had one mating. She has now been scanned in whelp at long last !!

The same applies to my French Bulldog bitch who has never conceived before, this will be her first litter but we have mated her according to the readings from MateTel and she is also scanned in whelp, we can not emphasize enough how grateful we are to Debbie, Ian and MateTel.

Drene Lucas , Alberica Cavaliers writes:-

We have had some great results with the MateTel.
Firstly,my own two maiden girls had a litter each which is pleasing as maiden bitches  canoften miss first time.

Also three visiting bitches owned by other breeders have produced two litters of 8 puppies  and 1 of 7 puppies .More importantly ,two of these bitches had been mated more than once, elsewhere ,prior to visiting my boys and before  MateTel  was available and both girls had missed several times .The owners are very pleased to have their longed for puppies at last.

I also have a little girl who missed prior to MateTel being available and she is now heavily in whelp so I too am very pleased and satisfied with the MateTel's accuracy  and the great contribution it makes.

Max Faulkner (Lewisan Labradors) writes:-

I recently purchased a tester as referenced above. Without doubt it has been one of the most useful purchases made during 25 years of breeding. I’ve just used it with a four year old bitch that to date we have never been able to mate due to irregular seasons and very light shows. A very successful mating was obtained yesterday using the MateTel tester – spot on. I have recommended it to the Carromer Kennels who I think will be in touch with you.

Having offered very genuine praise I would make one request to you. The paper work and illustration sent with the order were badly marked with what looked like water marks – any chance of fresh clear copies?

We received our MateTell from you last week (really prompt delivery by the
way) and after trying it out on a couple of our girls, very impressed to
say the least, so easy to use and the fact that you can just keep on
using it is fantastic, just about to inform my other breeder friends of
the good news, well done!!!
